Cliff Walk Walking

Back the iPhone 4 was out, I took this picture whilst walking along the Cliff Walk in Newport, RI. I even managed to catch one of the famous golden age mansions in the background with a lone bird flying over head. That was many moons ago, on an early smartphone camera. To bring it back to life, I had to to beef up the resolution and light re-compositing to the sky, but the photo still stands the test of time. I did give the lone bird a few friends so he wasn’t lonely. Newport is one of my favorite places to visit, both int he summer and at Christmas time. The Cliff Walk has many breathtaking views with a heavy scent of the sea, which luckily the smell doesn’t come through in the photo.
