Westminster After The Rain

We were waiting in tine for the the touristy London Eye (hokey is still fun!) when the heavens opened up, as the often and randomly do in London. After our trip around the wheel, we sauntered by the London Aquarium, across from Westminster Bridge, the Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament), and Westminster Abbey, which can be seen peaking out from behind Parliament) and found this photo just waiting to be taken! I love how the storm clouds are there but you can also see the light fighting to peak through as the short storm dissolved away into a beautiful night.
